Manchester United will aim to bounce back with a Premier League win over Brentford after being held to a 1-1 draw at Bournemouth last weekend.

Rasmus Hojlund struck late in stoppage time to salvage a point for Ruben Amorim’s side. They are now winless in their last five Premier League matches, with their most recent victory coming against Leicester City in mid-March.

They have, though, made a real statement in the Europa League and have one foot in the final having beaten Athletic Bilbao 3-0 on Thursday.

With only four games remaining in the season, though, the Reds will be eager to climb the table, currently leading 16th-placed Tottenham by just two points. Matches against West Ham, Chelsea and Aston Villa will follow after the trip to the Gtech Community Stadium on Sunday.

While these remaining games are crucial for climbing the table, their primary focus will be on finishing the job against Athletic. Winning the Europa League would open up new avenues in the transfer window for United because of their potential participation in the Champions League should they be victorious in Europe's second-tier competition.

Arsenal 'enquire' about Antony

According to Brazilian outlet UOL, Arsenal are among the clubs to have made an enquiry about Antony.

This comes after reports in Spain claimed that Atletico Madrid had set their sights on the 25-year-old following his impressive loan spell at Real Betis. Antony's loan does not include a buy option for Betis and he is expected to return to Manchester at the end of the season.

Reds head coach Ruben Amorim is set to make a decision upon his return to Old Trafford, where he is under contract until the summer of 2027.

MEN Sport says: "After a successful loan spell in Spain, this is likely the first time Antony’s market value has risen since his move to Manchester United. Since arriving from Ajax in 2022, he’s struggled to live up to his hefty price tag and has largely underperformed at Old Trafford.

"However, his recent form abroad has been impressive - enough that United might even secure a fee higher than what the £40million they initially hoped for. Given his current momentum, it could make sense to cash in while his stock is high."

Reds 'on track' to strike Matheus Cunha deal amid father's hint

TBR Football have stated United are in 'pole position' to sign Matheus Cunha from Wolves this summer. The report adds that the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool have 'cooled' their interest in the Brazilian.

MEN Sport understands that Cunha is seen as a major target for head coach Ruben Amorim, despite the £62.5million release clause attached to his contract.

Meanwhile, Cunha's father, Carmelo, may have dropped the biggest hint yet. During a birthday celebration, the Wolves star was photographed alongside his father, Joao Gomes, Andre, and Pedro Lima.

Carmelo shared the moment on Instagram, posting: "Relaxed moment at Pedrinho Gomes' first birthday in Wolverhampton, UK. One of the most-liked comments on the post read, "Welcome to United," and even received a 'like' from Carmelo himself-further fuelling speculation about Cunha's future destination.

MEN Sport says: "United fans will undoubtedly be encouraged by this latest update, particularly in light of the recent social media activity from Cunha’s father. While a "like" on a comment may seem like a minor gesture, in today’s digital world, it’s a clear sign that a move could be on the horizon.

"There are still many variables in play for this potential transfer, but with United’s urgent need for reinforcements and Cunha’s rising profile, this could shape up to be one of the most exciting deals of the summer. The 'Welcome to United' comment and the like from his father might just be the first sign of what's to come."
