PCB Announces Ticket Refund Policy for PSL 11

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the ticket refund policy for the 2026 Pakistan Super League (PSL 11) season, providing clarity to fans who purchased tickets online.

According to the board, all online ticket holders will receive refunds automatically through their original payment methods.

This includes payments made via debit cards, credit cards, JazzCash, and Easypaisa, ensuring a streamlined and hassle-free process for customers.

The refund process is set to begin on March 30, 2026, and is expected to be completed within 15 working days. However, the PCB noted that the timeline may vary slightly depending on individual banks or payment service providers.

Importantly, ticket holders are not required to take any action to initiate the refund. In case of delays beyond the specified period, customers have been advised to contact their respective banks or payment platforms for assistance.

Days before the mega T20 event, PCB made the surprise announcement that all PSL 11 matches will be held behind closed doors (without spectators) due to a national petroleum and resource conservation crisis, as well as regional security concerns.

The PCB and PSL management also announced that the tournament will be held in only two venues, Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium and National Stadium in Karachi, instead of the originally placed six venues in various cities across Pakistan.
