He never had a penny at Everton previously, and got us into Europe most years. He has signed players for buttons, then sold them for massive profits, ultimately keeping Everton afloat. He got West Ham into Europe every year and won a European trophy. I don't understand anyone not wanting that?”PaulMcDermott said: “David Moyes did well enough in his first 'Tour of Duty', and with a VERY modest [read: non-existent] wallet. He’s the right man for the job and he'll steady the ship and see us through to the end of season.”BootRoomReloaded7 added: “He'll be feeling right at home, there's just no nonsense. He’ll get on with managing the players and next season, what a new beginning at the new stadium! Great choice, absolutely welcome home. Yes there's always gonna be the haters but he knows Everton inside out that's why they've chosen the safe option and the best option.”Mickbutcher remarked: “I think he will make us more organised and hopefully more adventurous going forward, Just a nightmare having no goal scorer, major major worry.”Weshallnotbemoved said: “Moyes is far better at it than Dyche, although both play similar football. Moyes appointment is almost a cast iron guarantee we won't be relegated. That will do me for this season.”Article continues belowAre you happy with Moyes’ appointment?
