With that 3-1 cushion, Spurs have been happy to mostly let Bodø/Glimt control possession and indeed the hosts have had 64 per cent of the ball so far.

Stan Sport's Craig Foster notes the synthetic pitch is playing a little slow with some drizzle about and Mark Bosnich believes Spurs have had the game's better chances so far.

"Spurs are reasonably comfortable, but how many times have we said that all of these European teams... you're not always going to control all the games in European football," Foster said.

"You're away from home in different circumstances, you have to be able to suffer and you have to be able to get through. For Ange and for Spurs now, it is whatever you need to do to get through this game, you need to do it.

"As as of tomorrow, or as of an hour's time, no one cares how the game went, no one cares how you played. All they're going to care about is he's going to be making this final."
