2025 Roland-Garros: How to watch Alexandra Eala live at Grand Slam debut

Alexandra Eala prepares to make her Grand Slam main draw debut at the 2025 French Open (25 May-8 June).

The Philippines’ tennis star marks her breakthrough year on the WTA tour with a first appearance in a major first round, where she takes on world number 88 Emiliana Arango of Colombia at Roland-Garros on Sunday (25 May).

She could potentially face Olympic champion Qinwen Zheng in the second round - it would be the first time the pair have met since the 2023 Asian Games.

Eala previously reached the final qualifying rounds of both Wimbledon and the US Open in 2024, having claimed the junior title at the latter in 2022.

Thanks to her career-high WTA ranking of No. 69, the 20-year-old — who celebrates her birthday on 23 May — has earned direct entry into the main draw at the iconic Stade Roland-Garros.
