PSG 0 Liverpool 1 - Watch Harvey Elliott's winner, reaction and analysis

Good evening and welcome to the ECHO's live coverage of Liverpool's Champions League clash with Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes (8pm kick-off). The Reds are in Paris for the first leg of the last-16 tie with the reverse fixture following next Tuesday (March 11) at Anfield.

Liverpool will feel a little hard done by with this draw. Arne Slot's side won the new league phase of the competition, after winning seven of their eight matches, although they have not been rewarded with favourable opposition in the form of PSG.

Luis Enrique's side have been in blistering form since the turn of the year and advanced to this stage of the tournament with a 10-0 aggregate win over their domestic rivals Brest. And in Ousmane Dembele, they have one of the most in-form players in European football to call on too.

Still, they will need to be wary of the Reds and Mohamed Salah, who is having an extraordinary year. Liverpool have a 13-point lead at the top of the Premier League and have already dispatched some big names in the Champions League this season.

Reds boss Slot confirmed Cody Gakpo is a doubt for the game after missing training on Tuesday, while Conor Bradley and Joe Gomez are also sidelined.

Ian Doyle will be in place at the Parc des Princes to bring you build-up, including team news, goal updates and reaction to this heavyweight showdown. The match is scheduled to get underway at 8pm. Details on how to watch it can be found HERE.
