– Tulane men's tennis team lost its final match of the weekend in the Sunshine State falling 6-1 at No. 65 Florida Atlantic on Sunday.With the loss the Green Wave drops to 5-11 overall this season and 1-3 against conference opponents. Meanwhile, the 65th-ranked Owls improved to 8-7 on the year.Florida Atlantic took control of the match early against the Wave as Tulane dropped the doubles point with losses on courts two and three.Unfortunately, the Green Wave was unable to change the tide in singles play. Tulane lost in straight sets on courts five, six, one, and two to fall behind 5-0 and drop the match.managed to get the Wave on the board winning in two sets on court four, but the Owls got the final point with a three-set win on court three to end the match with a 6-1 loss for Tulane.The Green Wave will be back on the road this week for matches at Rice on Friday, March 28, and at Tulsa on Sunday, March 30.1.
