Australian model Jesinta Franklin has revealed the name of her newborn baby three months after she gave birth to her third child.

The 34-year-old, who is married to AFL legend Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin, took to social media on Monday to share an update on her life with a new baby boy.

Jesinta, who is also a mother to her older children, Tullulah and Rocky, posted a black and white Instagram mirror selfie of her breastfeeding her “little sidekick Bam”.

“He’s been on every Zoom, attended every meeting, every photoshoot and now, every podcast I’ve done since he was born,” she wrote.

“It can be tricky finding the balance between it all, but this guy has made it so easy for us; he doesn’t leave our side and just rolls with the chaos that is our life.”

Friends and fellow lifestyle influencers flooded the comments section, delighted to see Jesinta looking well with her bundle of joy.

Celeste Barber said: “Hi Bam’s mum.”

Bec Judd left a heart emoji while Coffs Harbour hairdresser Elly Palmer said: “Beautiful baby Bam with his beautiful Mum.”

Model Rachael Finch-Miziner also swooned after the duo, commenting, “angel”.

Baby Bam joined the Franklin family just in time for Christmas last year after Jesinta admitted her third pregnancy came as a “surprise”.

The high-profile AFL couple were also in the process of selling their Gold Coast mansion to take up beekeeping on a country property.

They’re now co-owners of Honey For Life, one of WA’s leading commercial beekeeping operations.

When announcing their new project in November, the couple said it was something they had been working on “quietly for a while now”.

“What began as a product we genuinely loved has become something far deeper for our family,” an Instagram post said.

“(Honey For Life) is a brand that aligns with everything we care about: family, health, wellness, sustainability, and caring for the land we’re so lucky to call home.“Bringing you raw, pure, bioactive honey from the pristine landscapes of Western Australia. Crafted with intention and made to be enjoyed by the whole family.“From our hives to your hands, we’re so proud to share this new chapter with you. This is just the beginning, and there is so much more to come.”

It comes as the former Sydney Swans and Hawthorn goal-kicker is set to line up for his junior club in his hometown Dowerin for a special one-off appearance on April 18, in an opening-round clash against Gingin.

Buddy is an eight-time All-Australian who kicked 1066 goals during a decorated 354-game AFL career.

He started his footy journey in Dowerin before moving to Perth when he was 15 to attend Wesley College as a boarder.

The four-time Coleman Medal winner joined Perth Football Club’s WAFL program before getting drafted to Hawthorn with pick five in the 2004 AFL National Draft.
