Anushka Sharma-Virat Kohli rent luxurious flat for Rs 2.76 lakh a month, after buying plush Alibaug villa

Actress Anushka Sharma and her husband-cricketer Virat Kohli have rented a flat for Rs 2.76 lakh a month in Mumbai's Juhu. The sea-facing flat is situated on the fourth floor of the High Tide building. According to the reports, the couple paid a deposit of Rs 7.50 lakh for the 1,650 sq ft.

ANUSHKA-VIRAT RENT A NEW FLAT

According to the leave and license agreement copy accessed by Zapkey.com, the power couple of Bollywood rented a new flat for Rs 2.76 lakh a month. The deal was reportedly locked on October 17. The apartment, for which Virat and Anushka paid deposit of Rs 7.50 lakh, is spread across 1,650 sq ft. The apartment is owned by the cricket administration and former cricketer Samarjitsinh Gaekwad.

ANUSHKA-VIRAT BUY FARMHOUSE IN ALIBAUG

In September last year, Anushka and Virat purchased their own farmhouse in Alibaug. The plush 4BHK villa is located in Alibaug's Awas village, just 10 minutes away from Mandwa Jetty. It comprises four bedrooms, two covered car garages, four bathrooms with powder rooms, a terrace, outdoor dining, a private pool, staff quarters, and outdoor open space. The villa reportedly costs around Rs 19.24 crore.
