Chelsea are firmly in the race for a top-four spot after four successive Premier League wins under their new boss Liam Rosenior.

However, opponents Leeds are making a great fist of top-flight survival and, after two defeats in 12 league games, which included a 3-1 home win over the Blues, they are capable of making their presence felt at Stamford Bridge tonight.

Much of the attention at the bottom of the Premier League has centred on West Ham's revival, but Leeds are another club who have been doing a good job and the Whites head to Chelsea having given themselves a great chance of staying up.

Last season's Championship winners are six points above the drop zone after losing just two of their last 12 matches.

A 4-0 home loss to rampant champions-elect Arsenal was perhaps understandable and their only other defeat in that run was at Newcastle, where Daniel Farke's side conceded twice in injury time.

The run started with a 3-1 win over Chelsea and they have proved no respecters of reputation at Elland Road, having drawn with Liverpool and holding Manchester United 1-1 is looking a better result by the week.

Their away form has been encouraging, too. Leeds have battled to draws against the two Merseyside clubs, Sunderland, who are unbeaten on their own patch, and top-six challengers Brentford during their fine run.

So they are capable of getting on the scoresheet at Stamford Bridge against a team who have found their feet under Liam Rosenior and won their last four games.

They hardly had to get out of second gear to win at Wolves on Saturday and while two of Cole Palmer's three goals came from the spot, the England midfielder's return to form does provide a boost.

Seven of Chelsea's last nine games have featured more than two goals, and with Leeds in such a fearless mood, it is worth backing both teams to score as well.
