UF quarterback accused of having child porn

Florida Gators football player Jalen Kitna was arrested Wednesday after Gainesville police say he possessed images of child pornography. Gainesville police say the images were found inside the 19-year-old's home and shared on an app.Kitna is a freshman redshirt quarterback who appeared in four games this season. The Athletic Association of Florida announced Kitna has been suspended indefinitely."We are shocked and saddened to hear of the news involving Jalen Kitna. These are extremely serious charges and the University of Florida and the UAA have zero tolerance for such behavior,” the statement read.Kitna, who is the son of former NFL quarterback Jon Kitna, is scheduled to make his first appearance in court Thursday morning.
