Tennis: How to watch Coco Gauff live at the 2025 Italian Open in Rome

Coco Gauff continues her clay tennis season in Rome at the 2025 Italian Open (7-18 May).

The women’s world number three arrives in the Italian capital off the back of a first WTA 1000 final of the season, as well as a first on clay, in Madrid.

Gauff was beaten in straight sets by world no. 1 Aryna Sabalenka, missing out on the top prize but showing promise in the clay swing, less than a month out from Roland-Garros.

The 21-year-old comes to Rome having reached the women’s doubles final in 2024, missing out alongside Erin Routliffe to eventual Olympic champions Jasmine Paolini and Sara Errani.

Seeded Gauff receives a bye into the second round, where she will face 18-year-old qualifier Victoria Mboko of Canada, who defeated Italian wildcard Arianna Zucchini in the opening round.
