The young person will be dealt with under the Young Offenders Act."Police also seized several mobile phones as part of their investigation.Mr Dean played in Carlton's premiership sides in 1987 and 1995.More recently he has been involved with the Lavington Panthers Football Netball Club in the Ovens and Murray Football League.He is the father of Harry Dean, who was drafted to Carlton last year under the AFL's father–son rule.Carlton Football Club said it was "offering support to Peter and his family".
