The match between Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi in Rawalpindi was rescheduled after a drone strike at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

PSL matches have been relocated to Dubai amid India Pakistan tensions.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced that the remaining matches of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10, including the playoffs and the final, will be relocated to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) due to escalating tensions between India and Pakistan.

The PCB cited unwanted circumstances for the decision, including cross-border drone strikes and artillery exchanges, which raised safety fears for players, staff, and fans. The league held an emergency meeting in Islamabad on Thursday, including the PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi meeting with foreign players.

The remaining matches include four league-stage games and playoffs. They were originally scheduled to be held in Rawalpindi, Multan and Lahore.

According to top intelligence sources, the decision was taken after India unleashed a drone attack on Pakistan on Thursday, one of which struck the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, in a statement, said the decision was taken to ensure the mental well-being of all players participating in the league. “Like in the past, we hope that our stakeholders will rally with us to further the best interests of the tournament, our players and the fans," he said.

This came after a PSL match scheduled for Thursday night was cancelled after Indian military strikes in the country in retaliation for the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam. The match between Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi in Rawalpindi was rescheduled after a drone strike at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

“The Pakistan Cricket Board, in consultation with all the stakeholders, has decided to reschedule tonight’s HBL PSL X match between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings. The PCB will announce the revised date in due course," the cricket board said in a media statement.
