For most people associated with Arsenal, picking a best XI or a dream five-a-side team would involve selecting Thierry Henry.

Rightfully so, too.

Henry is arguably Arsenal’s greatest ever player and for anyone to overlook him when doing such tasks would raise more questions.

However, not everyone goes with Henry and that has been proven after Riccardo Calafiori was asked to name his dream five-a-side team for Sports Direct.

There is a small caveat that we must add here in that Calafiori was speaking at an event for the Adidas Predator football boot, meaning he was likely talking about Adidas athletes.

Of course, Thierry Henry spent most of his career under the Nike umbrella, ruling himself out of this pick if it was the case.

Nevertheless, Calafiori did name one Arsenal legend when he selected Patrick Vieira in his dream team.

The former Arsenal captain got the nod alongside Alessandro Del Piero, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Jude Bellingham, and current Barcelona star, Pedri.

In fairness, that would be quite some team, although Calafiori did laugh off suggestions of including himself.
