Casemiro's equaliser in the second-half was disallowedManchester United had a goal ruled out for offside in the second-half of their Premier League trip to West Ham United after Casemiro was deemed to be offside.Tomas Soucek's opener put the Hammers ahead shortly after half-time following a quiet first-half. However, United thought they pulled level just 13 minutes later when Casemiro met Kobbie Mainoo's cross.However, the video assistant referee (VAR) checked the goal and it was overturned for offside. Replays showed that the Brazilian had strayed slightly offside as the cross came in.The Premier League match centre wrote on X: "VAR checked the referee’s call of goal – and established that Casemiro was in an offside position and recommended that the goal was disallowed."Michael Carrick's men came into the game on the back of four straight wins against Manchester City, Arsenal, Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur.
